Events don't wait for anyone. A toast starts early, a surprise guest walks in, the dance floor fills up at exactly the moment the light gets difficult. Good event photography is about anticipation — knowing where to stand before the moment happens, and being comfortable working quickly in dim, crowded or constantly changing spaces.

We work discreetly so guests forget we're there, and we balance candid moments with the details hosts care about: the décor, the food, the speeches, the people who travelled to be there. You receive a gallery that tells the story of the evening from arrival to the final song.

The events we photograph

Our event work spans milestone birthdays in Manhattan apartments, anniversary dinners in Brooklyn restaurants, cultural celebrations in Queens, recitals and concerts, fundraising galas, product launches and company parties. We also photograph live performances — dance, theatre and music — where timing and low-light experience matter most.

Add a highlight film

Photography captures the frames; video captures the sound and movement — the laughter during a speech, the first notes of a performance. Many hosts add a short highlight film or social clips so they can share the night quickly. Because we offer both, the photo and video coverage are planned together and never get in each other's way.

What to expect

Send us your date, venue, approximate guest count and run of show. We'll reply with a custom quote shaped around the hours and coverage you need. Before the event we confirm the key moments and any must-have group photos, so on the night everything runs smoothly.

We don't promise a single turnaround time for every event; the delivery date is agreed with you up front, based on the size of the event and the editing involved.
